40 <br />d <br />s <br />Page 2 <br />RFQ2001 Phace 1 Agreement <br />Article 4 Continued: <br />contract period for all of the necessary labor, material, and equipment and expenses to perform the work described <br />above in accordance within this Agreement. <br />The OWNER shall pay the ARCHITECT for all work included and completed in accordance with this <br />Agreement upon satisfactory completion and submittal of finished product. <br />Article 5. Agreement Period: <br />The term of this agreement between the ARCHITECT and the OWNER shall be for a period of Six (6) <br />Weeks from written authorization to proceed from the OWNER. <br />The OWNER reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) <br />days advance written notice to the ARCHITECT. <br />Article 6.
