C> <br />40 <br />0 <br />Ms. Couslneau's specific responsibilities on this project: <br />-Assist In the collection of data. <br />-Assist analyzing data and conducting Interviews. <br />TAY H LOCRWO Senior Consultant, has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business <br />Administration From the University of Miaml, and has completed a two year Pre -Law Curriculum from <br />the University of Pittsburgh. <br />Jay has over 35 years of professional experience In Truman resources, compensation, performance <br />analysis, and general management. Mr, Lockwood has held top level management/executive positions <br />In large governrnentai organizatlons. For ten years, Jay was the Human Resources Manager for the <br />Metro -Rade County Department of Housing and Urban Development and administered benefits, <br />compensation plans, performance evaluation, personnel regulations, policies, etc. for a department of <br />800 employees. He also was involved in classification development and design. Prior to that (25 <br />years), Jay was Assistant Personnel Director for Dade County with responsibilities for compensation, <br />classification, and fringe benefits. <br />Mr. Lockwood has worked on at Ieast thirty (30) consulting projects over the past years on a part time <br />basis In areas of compensation, Job evaluation, etc. He is now a full time member of Cody at <br />Associates, Inc. <br />Mr. Lockwood's specific responsibilities on this project: <br />-Assist In the overall direction of the Project Management Plan. <br />-Conduct on-site data collection and interview activities. <br />Assist In the development of recommendations. <br />Cody &.issacurtes, fnt% <br />
