• <br />40 <br />• <br />r� <br />i <br />A. INTRODUCA10NAND PROJECT ORIENTATION <br />I. The Consultant will conduct Initial meetings with the management staff. Cody & <br />Associates, Inc. will discuss the current classification and pay plan, philosophy of <br />compensation and pay administration and other specific areas of the project. <br />2. Our staff will conduct group meetings with supervisors and key employees to explain <br />the objectives and approach to the study. <br />3. All employees should be notified of the study by a letter from the County requesting <br />cooperation and explaining the scope of the project. The consultant can hold group <br />meetings with all employees to explain the objectives and approach to the study and <br />answer employee concerns, if desired, by the County. <br />B. COORDINATION WITH THE STAY' <br />I , c-cdy6rAssoames, Inc. will meet with County staff assigned to this project to clarify <br />and finalize the scope of work and timetable. <br />2.. The Consultant will meet with County staff to discuss the job analysis system to be <br />employed, and other project elements.. <br />3. The County staff and the Consultant will discuss the benchmark positions and <br />appropriate labor market to he surveyed during the study. <br />4.
