I D ,at <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE COMPLEX <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY/SCHOOL DISTRICT FLEET <br />MAINTENANCE FACILITY, <br />PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT <br />SECTION L- GENERAL <br />This is an amendment to the professional architectural/engineering services contract <br />(CONTRACT) between Indian River County and Hanson Engineers, Inc. (Formerly Ralph Hahn and <br />Associates, Inc.) dated Feb. 10, 1998. All conditions of the original agreement, unless revised <br />herein, continue to apply. <br />_SECTION [I -PROJECT LIMITS <br />The project limits shall be expanded to include the recently COUNTY purchased 25 acre <br />parcel located along the south side of 41" Street cast of Kings Highway, which was recommended <br />in the Programming/Schematic Design Phase of the Master Agreement dated Feb. 10, 1998. In <br />addition, all related offsite areas to provide adequate infrastructure to the two proposed development <br />sites are included. <br />SECTION I1I - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Consultant agrees to perform the professional services as described in Exhibit "A" <br />Program outline attached. The scope shall conform to the "Need Analysis Report' attached hereto. <br />SECTION IV - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br />The time for completion of each project phase shall be as follows: <br />Program Development - Already Complete Bidding Phase - 60 calendar days <br />Schematic Resign -ca endar days Construction Phase - 1 year <br />Design Development - 45 calendar days�a <br />Contract Documents - 90 calendar drys <br />Commencement date shall be authorized by a Notice -to -Proceed. <br />SECTION V -COMPENSATION <br />The compensation paid by the COUNTY and School District to the CONSULTANT are <br />described in the attached Exhibit" B" - Basic Professional Dees & Breakdown of man-hours revised <br />Dec. 27, 1999- A cnmplctn project budget is attached as Exhibit 'T". Fxpenseb shall be in <br />accordance with the attached Exhibit "E". <br />
