1-1 <br />40 <br />40 <br />40 <br />SCOPE <br />The scope of this analysis involves the interviewing of each User Group representative, <br />Design Guideline research and existing facility observations. <br />The design professional shall establish the current and future needs of each department. <br />FUTURE GROWTH ANALYSIS <br />Growth & Expansion <br />It will be mandatory that the future needs of this project be identified. As the <br />community grows, the supporting public works and maintenance facilities will expand. <br />Equipment needs change, as technology changes, so do maintenance activideq and procedures. <br />The following growth and expansion areas will be addressed: <br />1. Building Expansion <br />2. Site Expansion <br />Building Expansion: <br />The proposed project program square footage allocations shall contain 10% growth <br />factor. This grow factor will accommodate project increases for the year 2007.
