The project consists of converting approximately 4.5 miles of <br />unwed residential: roadways into paved roadways. The project includes analyzing and designing <br />improvements to the current drainage system including re-establishment of approximately 3 miles <br />of rear lot swales. The project design process will.nclude a full survey of the project area. The <br />following describes our proposed scope of work and terms of agreement between Indian River <br />County (COUNTY) and Carter Associates, Inc.
