PRELIMINARY MATTERS <br />SC -2.2. <br />Delete "ten" In the first line and replace with "three". <br />SC -2.3. ` <br />Delete paragraph 2.3. of the General Conditions in Its entirety and insert the <br />following in its place: <br />2.3. A Notice to Proceed may be given at any time within thirty days after the <br />Effective [late of the Agreement.
