• <br />C7 <br />40 <br />' (UGC01410.FMT)taa <br />SECTION 01410 <br />TESTING LABORATORY SERVICES <br />r <br />PART I - GENERAL <br />1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. owner may employ and pay for the services of an <br />independent tenting laboratory to perform certain <br />specified testing in addition to what is called for <br />in the Contract Documents. owner shall pay for all <br />additional testing. <br />1. Contractor shall cooperate with the laboratory <br />to facilitate the execution of its required <br />services. <br />2. Employment of the laboratory shall in no way <br />relieve Contractor's obligations to perform <br />the work of the Contract. <br />B. Contractor will employ and pay for the services of <br />an independent testing laboratory to perfory <br />certain specified testing. All testing described <br />in the Contract Documents shall be paid for by the <br />Coptractor. <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br />A.
