Submit copy of report of inspection of facilities_ <br />made by Materials 'Reference Laboratory o£ National. <br />Bureau of Standards during the most recent tour of <br />inspection, with memorandum of remedies of any <br />deficiencies reported by the inspection. <br />E. Testing Equipment: <br />1. Calibrated at reasonable intervals by devices <br />of accuracy traceable to either: <br />a. National Bureau of Standards <br />b. Accepted values of national physical <br />constants <br />1.04 LABORATORY DUTIES <br />A. Cooperate with Engineer and Contractor; provide <br />qualified personnel after due notice. <br />B. Perform specified inspections, sampling, and <br />testing of materials and methods of construction: <br />1. Comply with specified standards <br />2. Ascertain compliance of materials with <br />requirements of Contract Documents <br />C. Promptly notify Engineer and Contractor of observed <br />irregularities or deficiencies of work or products. <br />D. Promptly submit written report of each test and <br />inspection; one copy each to Engineer, owner, and <br />Contractor, and one copy to Record Documents File. <br />Each report shall include: <br />1. Date issued <br />2. Project title and number <br />3. Testing laboratory name, address, and <br />telephone number <br />4. Name and signature of laboratory inspector <br />S. Date and time of sampling or inspection <br />6. Record of temperature and weather conditions <br />1. Date of test <br />8. Identification of product and specification <br />section <br />l 9. Location of sample or test in the Project <br />10. Type of inspection or test <br />11. Results of tests and compliance with contract <br />Documents <br />12.
