UW -95 -30 -DS AND <br />US -95 -31 -CS <br />BACKGROUND <br />Rio Mar Yachts, Inc. has selected the old armory building on U.S. <br />Highway One, in the southern part of Indian River County as the <br />site of a new boat manufacturing plant. A manufacturing industry <br />of this magnitude is required to connect to a municipal water and <br />sewer system, based on the Indian River County Comprehensive plan. <br />Rio Mar Yachts has requested that Indian River County; Department <br />of Utility Services provide water and sewer service to their <br />complex, as soon as possible. <br />In order to meet the schedule of the manufacturer and provide <br />Indian River County with an attractive industry, we request that <br />the Board of County Commissioner's authorize Driveways, Inc. to <br />73 <br />AUGUST 20, 1996 <br />
