40 <br />C_: <br />This plan replaces the Florida Nuclear Civil Protection Plan and the Florida <br />Peacetime Emergency Plan. It does not supplant the Hazardous Materials Plan, <br />which is not an operations -oriented document, nor the Florida Radiological <br />Emergency Management Plan for Nuclear Power Plants, which was developed <br />for response to radiological incidents under separate state and federal statutory <br />authorities. However, this plan may be used to supplement the Florida <br />Radiological Emergency Management Plan for Nuclear Power Plants, in order to <br />provide a comprehensive response. <br />V11
