AID <br />e <br />ESF #8 Health & Medical Services - <br />Indian River County Public <br />Health Unit <br />To identify health and medical needs, provide trained health and <br />medical personnel, and to provide supplies and emergency facilities <br />in the affected area, as well as in shelters. <br />ESF #9 Urban Search and Rescue - Indian River County <br />Department of Emergency Services, Fire Services Division and the <br />Indian River County Sheriff's Office <br />The Sheriff's Office is the lead agency responsible for coordinating <br />and securing Search and Rescue (SAR) areas. The Fire Services <br />Division is the lead agency for locating, extricating and providing <br />emergency assistance to victims trapped in debris or wreckage <br />created by the disaster. <br />ESF #10 Hazardous Materials - Indian River County Environmental <br />Health Department <br />To provide inspection, containment, and cleanup of hazardous <br />materials accidents or releases. <br />ESF #11 Food and Water - Indian River County Department of <br />Emergency Services, Emergency Management Division and the <br />American Red Cross - Indian River County Chapter <br />To coordinate with ESF #6 to identify the food and water needs <br />of disaster victims, and to ensure that supplies of food and water <br />or vouchers to obtain them locally where possible) are provided. <br />ESF #1?
