On June 25, 1996, the Board approved the County redeeming and paying costs to
<br />the Tax Collector in connection with certain tax certificates which were
<br />eligible for tax deed applications.
<br />On August 20, 1996, we were advised by the Clerk of the Court that a$ part of
<br />the process of transferring title to the County, the total sum of $2,089.84
<br />is due to cover the costs of the Clerk's fees, legal advertisements, -postage
<br />and certified mailings, and Sheriff's service on each of the nine attached. .

<br />Requested Action: Staff requests the Board approve the payment of the total
<br />cost to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved
