UW -95 -28 -DS <br />On August 6, 1996, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolutions 96-82 (Resolution I) and 96-83 <br />(Resolution II), which contained the preliminary assessment roll <br />and established the date of the public hearing for the subject <br />project. Property owners have been notified of the public hearing <br />by certified mail. Resolution 96-82 was published in the PRESS <br />JOURNAL on August 12, 1996. (See attached agenda item and minutes <br />for the above meeting.) <br />ANALYSIS <br />Design of the water distribution system is complete. Approval of <br />the attached Resolution III will confirm and approve the <br />preliminary assessment. <br />Informational meetings were held for the property owners on August <br />20, August 21, and August 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sebastian City <br />Council Chambers. The attached map displays the area to benefit <br />from the assessment project.
