U-3 <br />40 <br />40 <br />CLIENT REVIEW MEETINGS. The following; are the meetings included in <br />this scope of services and required to support the program: <br />A. Meeting #I : Pre -Design Workshop with County Staff (2121100). <br />B. Meeting #2: Review the Preliminary Master Plan with County staff, receive <br />review comments, and discuss strategy for the upcoming public workshop. <br />C. Meeting #3: Pre -application meeting with SJRWMD <br />D. Meeting #4: Meet with County to review the results of the pre -application <br />meetings, and to receive authorization to proceed with the preliminary design <br />phase of the project. <br />E. Meeting #5: Meet with the County to review the Preliminary Design work, <br />and the preliminary opinion of probable construction costs; to receive review <br />comments, and authorization to proceed with final design and the preparation <br />of Final construction drawings. <br />F. Meeting #6: One meeting with County to review pre -final (90%) drawings, <br />revised opinion of probable construction costs, to receive review comments, <br />and authorization to finalize the construction drawings, <br />G. Meeting 47: Meet with County to present final construction drawings and <br />specifications, and to discuss the bidding phase of the project. <br />1I. Meeting #g: Attend pre-bid conference to be coordinated by Counly staff. <br />1. Meeting #9: Attend pre -construction meeting to be coordinated by County <br />staff. <br />J. Meetings #10-17: Construction site review meetings listed under Task 7. <br />7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />A. The County will prepare and submit applications for Indian River County site <br />plan approval including land clearing, tree removal and concurrency applications, <br />B. The County will prepare and submit applications for Indian River County right- <br />of-way <br />ight- <br />ofway permit connection to Jungle Trail. <br />C. The County shall provide to the Consultant its standard General Conditions, <br />Contract for Construction, and other non-technical Contract 'Specifications <br />typically used for construction project, in digital (M5 Word) format. <br />D. The County will make blueprints of the final design drawings provided by tile:. <br />Consultant, and will reproduce the contract documents provided by the <br />Consultant. The County will also advertise for competitive bids, issue bidding <br />packages to prospective bidders, and receive bids for the construction of tile. <br />project. <br />L. The County shall provide a qualified construction review specialist to daily visit <br />the site, observe the work of the Contractor, to coordinate with the Contractor's <br />superintendent, and to determine if the construction is proceeding in general <br />accordance with the contract documents. It will be the responsibility of tllc <br />County's construction review specialist to coordinate with the Consultant to <br />schedule the site visits provided in the scope or Work. In addition, The County's <br />construction review specialist will observe utility construction activities per <br />IRCDUS requirements. <br />F. The County will provide all necessary granting agency to -ins and conditions, and <br />all relevant funding source information for the Consultant's use. <br />G. The County shall prepare proposal requests, change ordcrs to the contract [Or <br />construction, and perform other such contract administration runctions. <br />1-1.
