x 7. Provide for medical treatment for ill or injured <br />inmates and transportation of such inmates. <br />N/A B. Conduct a background check, which includes a criminal <br />history check, and obtain approval by the <br />institution/facility Superintendent or designee prior <br />to authorizing Non -Corrections (personnel to participate <br />in training to supervise inmates. <br />N/A 9, Provide orientation and training to non -Corrections <br />personnel approved to supervise inmates prior to their <br />assuming supervisory responsibility of an inmate squad. <br />Training will be in accordance with Corrections' <br />guidelines for non -corrections personnel supervising <br />offenders. Provide refresher training each successive <br />training year. <br />N/A 10, Notify the Agency in the event one of their employees <br />fails to provide proper supervision of inmates. <br />x 11. Provide inmates with all personal items of clothing <br />appropriate for the season of the year. <br />x 12. Provide inmates for transportation/work at the <br />appropriate time regardless of temperature or inclement <br />weather, unless notified by the Agency of suspended <br />work operations, or the Department determines that a <br />squad should not check out. <br />N/A 13. Cather (attached additional page if necessary). <br />Ii. <br />The Agency agrees to provide for those items so indicated with a <br />check ( x ) to the left of each appropriate number. All other <br />items are to be marked "N/A" to the left of the number. <br />N/A 1. Provide Corrections with a schedule of hours which <br />inmates will be worked in accordance with the <br />established workday for the Agency and the <br />transportation time required. Any deviation from the <br />established schedule must be reported to an agreed to <br />by Corrections. <br />N/A 2. Provide supervision of inmates in accord with <br />Department of Corrections Rules and Regulations. Non - <br />Corrections personnel may supervise minimum and medium <br />custody inmates. Each such person must have a <br />background check, which includes criminal history <br />check, and be approved by the institution/facility <br />Superintendent- or designee and complete required <br />orientation/training in the supervision of inmates. <br />
