r <br />40 <br />40 <br />d, That the Indian River County Department of Emergency Services is <br />hereby authorized to order the evacuation of those portions of Indian <br />River County whose people and property are in imminent or existing <br />danger as a result of the emergency at the Chemical <br />Plant and the chemical release. Should such action became necessary <br />the evacuation orders shall have the force and effect of state law. <br />a. That the Florida Division of Emergency Management is hereby authorized <br />to direct the use of any State and county facility, including public <br />schools, to ensure the proper reception, sheltering, and care of evacuees. <br />6. That State agencies and the Florida National Guard, as coordinated by the <br />Florida Division of Emergency Management, shall provide mission support <br />by furnishing resources and support personnel to alleviate threat to life <br />and property resulting from the state of emergency at the <br />Chemical Plant. <br />7. That all affected toll facilities are hereby ordered to suspend the <br />collection of toll charges until such time as the Governer or his <br />Authorized Representative designates this as no longer necessary. <br />8. That is hereby appointed the Governor's Authorized <br />Representative for Indian River County and the area(s) within the <br />vulnerable zone surrounding the Chemical Plant. <br />9.
