Activation <br />Upon notification, the Indian River County Emergency <br />Services Director and appropriate staff will report to <br />the EOC to facilitate the rapid deployment of <br />emergency response personnel, if needed, If the <br />situation warrants, the county emergency services <br />director will activate the county EDC. <br />4.3.3 Notification of Full Emergency Condition <br />a. Description <br />An incident involving a severe hazard or large area <br />which poses an extreme threat to life and/or property <br />and will probably require a large scale evacuation, or <br />an incident requiring the expertise of resources of <br />county, state, federal or private agencies. <br />b. Notification <br />Upon receipt of notification of full emergency <br />conditions from the facility's owner or operator, the <br />county emergency services communications center <br />will notify the following emergency personnel (see <br />Figure 4-2): <br />- American Red Cross, Indian River County <br />Chapter, <br />Indian River County Administrator <br />Indian River County Emergency Pian for Hazardous Materials Page 77 <br />
