Scheduling is con cted on a firs carne, first serve basis for open dates. Reservation dates are only secured and guara iteed with a minimum 25% Deposit Free and fully executed license agreement. Staff reserves the optio to issue a placleholder agreement all q with a minimum 25% Deposit Fee in lieu of a fully executt d license agree ent which will secui<� the date pending a due diligence review. Placeholder agree ents shall aut matically expire 90 d�a�y s after the issued date and the reservation forfeited unless the Applicant enters into a license agreement. 2. Permits for group composed of iriors will be issued only to adults who accept responsibility for supervising them 1hroughout the peri6d of the permit. 3. Security Plan: i A.
