Any signage visible from the road in any county right of Aray requires a permit from the Indian River <br />County Code Enfrcement Division prior to placement. j <br />7. No animals are al 'owed unless assisting the handicapped. <br />8. Alcohol is strictly prohibited ext pt through the issuance of an Alcohol permit issued by the Parks & <br />Recreation Divisi l n. ! <br />9. Under no circums antes shall any pe -son remove any e>I i pment or other items from the premises. <br />10. Facilities shall be restored to their o al condition and 11 activities ceased by at the time referenced <br />in the Agreement. For each quart r hbur after the appli4itr it will be charged a fee of $50.00 per quarter <br />hour. <br />11. Control of all lig ts, thermostats and; other equipment, aid the locking and unlocking of doors is the <br />responsibility of the Indian River County Intergenelr 'onal Recreation Center & Event Venue <br />ManagementStaff . Staff shoulde notified of any speda needs of the Applicant. <br />12. Applicant agrees o hold Indian ver County, FL han4l ss from any and all claims for damages to <br />persons or prope resulting froir, th it use of any facillii <br />13. Applicant agrees to accept facilitis "as is." Applicant acknowledges responsibility for conduct of each <br />member / guest a ending event. i pOlicant conducts all events at their own risk. All attendees must <br />abide by Indian River County pol"cies. <br />14. Insurance: l <br />A. Insurance req irements shall be determined at the sol discretion of the Indian River County Risk <br />Manager. i,I <br />B. Certificates of insurance des i nating "Indian River C <br />I ounty, FL" as additional insured shall be <br />presented to In than River Couity no less than forty ve (45) days prior to the event. <br />If event is held at Indian vier County Intergepe ational Recreation Center & Event Venue <br />Management and less thar, 30 days to the start f event date, certificates must present at the <br />time of exc cuting license a gre ment. <br />15. All activities shall be subject to in pe tion by Indian Ritie County Offices of Fire Prevention, Health <br />Department, Sheri s Office, Ris Management, Traffiwl ontrol, Solid Waste Disposal District and <br />Florida Departmer t of Business aid Professional Regul�ti n. <br />16. The Event shall be used for no oth r purpose whatsoever s, unless prior written approval is requested <br />in writing by Appl cant and giveny A ndian River County. Approval shall be subject to availability but <br />not be unreasonab y withheld, co di ioned, or delayed) long as such request is submitted at least <br />thirty (30) days pri r to the begina ngbeg' of the License Dura on. Such a change results in a modification <br />of the insurance re pfirements. i <br />17. Marketing: <br />A. Publicity fo an event shall NOT be distributed thout an executed license agreement and a <br />minimum o a 250/creserva ondeposit. <br />B.
