Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final March 5, 2024 <br />awarding the contract. He stated over 87,000 postcards would be sent to inform <br />residents of the meeting. The funding for this effort had been approved in <br />SWDD's current fiscal year 2023/2024 budget. <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Flescher, seconded by Commissioner <br />Earman, to approve the Special Call meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Adams, Vice Chairman Flescher, Commissioner Earman, <br />Commissioner Moss, and Commissioner Loar <br />C.
