Award of Bid No. 2024015 <br />Oslo Road and 9011 Avenue Roadway Improvements (IRC -2215) <br />For April 23, 2024 BCC Meeting <br />Halley Engineering, Inc.'s bid was disqualified after the public bid opening for failure to submit a completed <br />Disclosure of Relationships form. <br />Guettler Brothers Construction, Inc. is considered to be the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for the <br />project with a bid totaling $2,396,716.50, which is $636,902.5 or 20.995%, below the Cost Estimate of <br />$3,033,619.00.
