FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />FOR URBAN SERVICE BOUNDARY STUDY <br />This First Amendment to that certain Agreement to conduct an Urban Service Boundary Study <br />is entered into effective as of April 23, 2024, by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision <br />of the State of Florida ("County") and Inspire Placemaking Collective, Inc. ("Contractor"). <br />BACKGROUND RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, the County and the Contractor entered into an Agreement for an Urban Service Boundary <br />Study effective January 23, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend Article 4 -Exhibit 1 Pricing, to include 3 additional workshops; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable consideration, <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County and the Contractor agree as <br />follows: <br />1. The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this First Amendment. <br />2. The Exhibit 1 Pricing is amended to reflect new pricing and is attached to this Amendment. <br />3.All other terms and provisions of the Agreement shall be unchanged and remain in full force and effect. <br />58 <br />
