Work Order #_ — Bowman Consulting Group <br />Fairgrounds Portable IFAS/Extension Facility <br />SERVICES AND/OR INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED BY OTHERS <br />Client or others will provide the following services and/or information: <br />A. Provide record -drawings and information of existing improvements and utility -owned facilities and <br />other substructures. <br />B. Listed Species Survey & Permitting. <br />C. Portable Building Design. <br />D. All Permit Application and Review Fees. <br />SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS <br />The scope of work is limited to that described above. Additional professional services may be provided by an <br />amendment to this work order. The following items are specifically excluded: <br />A. Architectural Design. <br />B. Bidding Assistance. <br />C. Specification Book (Specification to be Shown on Plans) <br />EXHIBIT B — FEE SCHEDULE <br />Bowman will provide the services described above according to the following schedule of fees: <br />Task 1— Special Purpose Survey (Lump Sum) $ 12,290.00 <br />Task 2 — Subsurface Soils Exploration (Lump Sum) $ 2,875.00 <br />Task 3 — Engineering Design (Lump Sum) $ 22,640.00 <br />Task 4 — Permitting (Lump Sum) $ 10,820.00 <br />Task S — Construction Observation and Certification (Hourlyl $ 5,825.00* <br />Total: $ 54,450.00 <br />*Hourly tasks will be invoiced in accordance with the contract rate schedule and time <br />expended. The total billing for hourly tasks shall not exceed the amount(s) stated <br />above without authorization from Indian River County. <br />EXHIBIT C — PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />This Task Order shall commence upon Notice to Proceed (NTP) with the work to be completed as follows: <br />Task 1— Special Purpose Survey 30 days <br />Task 2 — Subsurface Soils Exploration 30 days concurrent with Task 1 <br />Task 3 — Engineering Design 120 days following Task 1 <br />Task 4 — Permitting 90 days following Task 3 <br />Task 5 — Bid Documents & Bid Assistance: 30 Days following Task 3 <br />Total: 270 days <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
