4.1 Neither the County nor the union shall discriminate against any employee covered by <br />this agreement in a manner which would violate any applicable law. <br />Q RRA <br />5.1 Unless otherwise provided in this agreement all correspondence from the union to the <br />County shall be directed to the Personnel Director and all correspondence from the <br />County to the union shall be directed to the business representative. To comply with <br />the time limits contained in this agreement, such correspondence shall actually be <br />received by the Personnel Director or union business representative an or before the <br />date due unless sent via the U.S. Postal Service. When the U.S. Postal Service is <br />utilized, all time limits contained in this agreement shall be considered to be met so <br />long as the postmark date is in compliance with the specified time limit. <br />5.2 It is the responsibility of the union to furnish the County with a mailing address for it <br />and to advise the County of any address changes. The initial addresses are as follows: <br />COUNTY UNION <br />Indian River County Teamsters Local Union #769 <br />1840 25th Street 862 20th Place <br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 Vero Beach, FL 32960 <br />(561) 567-8000 (561) 978-0011/12/13 <br />5.3 Each party shall copy the other on any and all correspondence pertaining to the <br />contract sent to or received from PERC. <br />6.1 The County will furnish space for the Union to place one bulletin board at each <br />location where bargaining unit employees regularly report to work and where the <br />County has an official bulletin board. <br />
