(h) This bid is genuine and not made in the interest of or on behalf of any undisclosed <br />person, finn, or corporation and is not submitted in. confo1mity w ith any <br />agreement or rules of any group, association, organization or corporation; Bidder <br />has not dir~ly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Bidder to submit a <br />fa lse or sham Bid; Bidder has not soli cited or induced any person, fim1 or <br />corporation to refrain from bidding; and Bidder has not sought by collusion to <br />obtain for itself any advantage over any other Bidder or over Owner. <br />4. Bidder will complete and include with the bid th e Schedule of B id Items attached to this <br />Proposal. The quantities shown on the Schedule of B id Items are approximate quantities <br />to be used for the purpose of comparing bids. The actual quantities may vary. It is <br />further understood. that the actu al amount of the Agreement, and payments thereunder, <br />w ill be based upon the actual quantities placed into the work. <br />5. Bidder agrees that the work will be completed in accordance with the following time <br />frame: <br />(a) Within 45 calendar days from effective date of Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall <br />complete the fo ll owing tasks: <br />1. Obtain all necessary permits. <br />2. Receive a p proved shop drawings for all materials and equipment to be <br />utilized in the job. <br />3. Perform all photographic recording and documentation of conditions prior <br />to construction. <br />4. Locate all existing utilities in the area of work. <br />5. Mobilize all labor, equipment, and materials. <br />6. Deliver and store all equipment and materials to the job site. <br />7. Notify a ll utilities and other affected parties prior to initiating construction. <br />(b) From 46 calendar days to 200 calendar days from the effect ive date of Notice to <br />Proceed, the CONTRACTOR shall complete the fo llowing tasks: <br />1. lnstal! all pipe and appurtenant items. <br />2. Perform all testing. <br />3. Restore all disturbed areas to their preconstruction condition. <br />4. Correct all deficiencies noted by Engineer. <br />Completion of all tasks outlined above (i.e., Subparagraphs a and b) constitute Substantial <br />Completion. <br />00310-3
