INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />Indian River County is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to <br />audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and <br />2004. These audits are to be performed in accordance with general accepted auditing standards in <br />addition to the following: <br />(1) Section 11.45, Florida Statutes <br />(2) Regulations ofthe State Department of Banking and Finance <br />(3) Rules of the Auditor General (Chapter 10.550, Local Government Entity Audits) <br />(4) Audit and Accounting Guide - Audits of State and Local Governmental Units ("the <br />AICPA Guide) <br />(5) Single Audit Act <br />(6) Standards for Audit of Governmental Organizations, Programs, Activities, and Functions, <br />published by the Comptroller General of the United States <br />(7) Circular No. A-133, Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and <br />Budget, Washington D,C. <br />1.
