1. Award the bid to Irvine Mechanical as the overall low bidder meeting specifications as set <br />forth in the Invitation to Bid. <br />2. Establish an Open End Contract for a twelve month period from the date of award with a not <br />to exceed amount of $7,000.00. Last year's expenditures for this service totaled $5,997.96. <br />3.
