Is Request for Special Exception Use <br />Approval to Construct a Self -Service Mini -Storage <br />Facility <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of September 17, 1996. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />John H. Dean, Architect, has submitted an application for major <br />site plan and special exception use approval on behalf of Mira <br />Flores, Inc. to construct an 11,450 square foot self-service mini - <br />storage facility. The subject site is located at 1125 12th Street <br />and is zoned CL (Limited Commercial). Special exception use <br />approval is required for -self -storage uses in the CL district. <br />Existing development on the overall site includes one office <br />building along 12th Street, two storage buildings, and a fenced <br />storage yard.
