40 <br />�a <br />November 21, 2000 <br />South Florida Trane Service will furnish an inspection and service <br />recommendation program according to the fallowing terms and conditions: <br />South Florida Trane Service will provide all labor, parts, and refrigerant <br />on the equipment fisted below: <br />Quantity Model Serially <br />2 RTAA-1854YDOI Chillers U931417671 <br />U93H 17674 <br />II. South Florida Trane Service will also render inspections 4 times per year. <br />IIl. Chiller Inspections <br />The scope of work for the annual inspection is as follows. <br />A. Record pertinent system temperatures, pressures and electrical <br />readings necessary to determine the existing operating conditions of <br />the system. <br />B. Check condition of starter contacts for wear, pitting, etc. <br />C. Check and calibrate safety controls. <br />D. Meg compressor motor and oil pump motor. Record readings. <br />F. Tighten ail starter terminals and check contacts for wear. Check <br />and calibrate microprocessor and overloads. Record trip amps. <br />F. Tighten motor terminals and control panel terminals. <br />G. Clean oil strainer, replace filter and gasket where required. <br />H. Tighten oil heater leads. <br />1. Check operation of slide valves.. <br />J. Take ail samples and check them for acid content. <br />K. Clean condenser coils. <br />L. Check operation of condenser fan motors. <br />M.
