4P <br />Li <br />4. The scope of work for the other inspections is as follows: <br />A. Adjust operating and safety controls. <br />B, Record pertinent system temperatures, pressures and electrical <br />readings necessary to determine the existing operating conditions of <br />the system. <br />C. Check operation of the condenser fan motors. <br />D. Check operation of lubrication system. <br />E. Check operation of the compressor motors and starters. <br />F. Check customergs log with operators discuss operation of the <br />machine generally. <br />0. Deport any uncorrected deficiencies noted. <br />Oft IV, Specifically Not Included in this Maintenance Agreement <br />A. Painting. <br />B. Piping and insulation. <br />C. Power wiring, disconnect switches and circuit breakers. <br />D. Corrosion or erosion damage. <br />E. Crane service. <br />F. Removal of hazardous waste mawrial from the job site. <br />V. Terms and Conditions <br />A, South Florida Trane Service agrees to provide this maintenance <br />service for the sum of $11,875, plus any applicable sales, use or <br />excise taxes. <br />B. Billing will be in four installments of $2,968,75 each. Payment is due <br />on the 10th of the month following billing. <br />C. Soudi Florida Trane Service reserves the right to terminate this <br />inspection service if payments are not current. <br />D. This agreement shall commence on the date contract is signed and <br />shall continue in force from year to year thereafter until terminated. <br />Renewal will be offered from year to year thereafter until terminated. <br />Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 30 day written <br />notice. Notice of any price adjustment necessary because of material <br />and labor cost increases will be given in writing 45 days prior to the <br />anniversary date of this agreement. <br />South Florida Trane Service <br />
