40 <br />40 <br />40 <br />i. <br />project Generated Income' pQ� <br />Agreement Between <br />Department of Community Affairs <br />and <br />Indian River Board of County Commissioners <br />By signature of the authorized contract (subgrantee) official below, the subgrantee agrees to the following tonus: <br />I . All PGI expenditures must be far rhe 21 program purposes outlined in the Controllers Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 <br />et seq.). <br />2. All PGI will be expended according; to the PG1 Quarterly Report attached, pursuant to all ofthe provisions contained <br />ion Section H of Subgrarrt,00-Cl-DB-I0 40-01-140 <br />3. Any additional PGI ea mod during the subgrant period from Subgrant 00 -C) -D8-1040-01-140 which is not. <br />included in the attached PG1 Quarterly Report shall also be expended in accordance with this Agreement. However, <br />said additional PG1 may be separately allocated to the various budget categories by submission and approval of the <br />PGI Quarterly Report reflecting said additional PGI. <br />4. Any deviation in expenditures from the PGI Quarterly Report attached, or as amended, must be approved in writing <br />by the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) prior to expenditures of funds. <br />S. Upon approval by DCA to expend PGI, the subgrantee assures DCA that every effort will be made to expend PGI <br />funds in a reasonable period of time, but in any event, within two years of the last addition of PG1 tinder this <br />Agreement, unless otherwise approved in writing by DCA. <br />6.
