Staff recommends awarding items 1, 2, & 3 to Stewart Mining Industries Inc item # 4 for <br />pick up at the plant be awarded to Stewart Mining Industries, Inc and Blackhawk Ouany (see <br />attached department memo) as the lowest, most responsible bidders meeting specifications as set <br />forth in the Invitation to Bid. <br />2. Establish an Open End Contract for a twelve month period from the date of award with a not <br />to exceed amount of $130,000.00. Last year's expenditures for this service totaled $115,361.65. <br />3.
