1. Standby pay is increased from one half hour per day to one hour <br />per day. <br />2. Call back pay is changed from a minimum of one hour to a <br />minimum of two hours. <br />3. The temporary assignment pay policy is changed to reflect a <br />five working day rather than a seven calendar day qualification <br />period. <br />4. The change in the workers compensation policy means that <br />employees in lost time cases would receive benefits in accordance <br />with the laws of the State of Florida. <br />5. The addition of step -sister and step -brother to the definition <br />of immediate family in the Bereavement Leave policy means the <br />policy would be the same as in the Fire Contract and as in the Sick <br />Policy in the Administrative Policy Manual. <br />The pages with proposed revisions are attached.
