Baker <br />Personnel Director <br />DATE: September 11, 1996 <br />RE: Revisions to Administrative Policy Manual <br />BACKGROUND <br />Upon execution of the three union contracts, an examination of the <br />Administrative Policy Manual was conducted. The following <br />revisions to the Manual are proposed so that policies in the <br />contracts and in the manual are similar.
