Additionally, all bargaining unit employees hired after <br />October 1, 2000, shall abstain, Both on and off duty, from the use of <br />tobacco products. <br />15.06 RESERVED <br />15.07 The County shall provide testing for Tuberculosis each year and Hepatitis <br />C once as a baseline and after each potential exposure. The County shall <br />provide immunization for all employees who want immunization as <br />follows; Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B every five years, and Tetanus every ten <br />years. <br />15.08 The County agrees to provide as a minimum an annual physical for each <br />employee. The Medical Director shall determine the scope of the physical <br />examination. The results of the physical shall be provided to the <br />employee, Medical Director, Emergency Services Director, EMS Chief, <br />and Personnel Director, but shall otherwise be confidential to the extent <br />permitted by law. <br />15 09 The Employer and the Union agree to the Chug -Free Workplace Program <br />attached as Attachment A. <br />
