ARTICLE 36 <br />EQUAL E APLOYMENT POLICIES <br />36.01 It is the continuing policy of the County to promote the concepts of equal <br />opportunity for all of its employees and applicants for employment. <br />36.02 The County will continue to recruit, hire, train, and promote persons in <br />all job classifications on merit principles, without regard to race, color, <br />religion, sex, disability, or national origin, <br />36.03 Decisions on employment will be based on the principles of equal <br />employment opportunity. <br />36.04 All personnel actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, <br />return from layoffs, sponsored training, education, and social and <br />recreational programs, will be administered without regard to race, color, <br />religion, sex, disability, or national origin. <br />
