Florida. <br />SECTION 15. GOVERNING LAW <br />This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of <br />SECTION 16. JURISDICTION AND VENUE <br />Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement <br />shall be in the county or circuit court sitting in Indian River County, Florida. <br />SECTION 17. WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL <br />EACH PARTY HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO <br />TRIAL BY JURY OF ANY ISSUE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THIS <br />AGREEMENT. ALL SUCH ISSUES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY NON -JURY TRIAL. <br />SECTION 18. AMENDMENT <br />This Agreement may be amended or modified only by subsequent written agreement signed by <br />the ATTORNEY and the BOARD. <br />SECTION 19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This written Agreement constitutes the complete and final agreement of the parties.
