A. PARK, PREMISES & EVENT SCHEDULE: <br />1. This Indian River County iG Center License Agreement ("License Agreement") applies to all <br />events for the use of the iG Center. The areas, personnel, and facilities of the iG Center which <br />Applicant may apply for a permit, license, or use hereunder are more particularly described as <br />I. Facilities & II. Amenities (Reference Exhibit A & Exhibit B) <br />FACILITY Hours / Days Total <br />Room 112 A $ 85.00 x 6 = $ 510.00 (7:00am- I 2:00pm) <br />AMENITIES PER EVENT (Equipment) QTY <br />15*8-ft tables in <br />112A and 3*6-ft <br />tables in <br />Tables $ 9.00 x 13 = $ 117.00 hallway & foyer <br />S tables are included in the Standard & Nonprofit Rates for all rooms at no additional cost <br />Chairs $ 0.75 x 32 = S 24.00 <br />30 chairs are included in the Standard & Nonprofit Rates for all rooms at no additional cost <br />Crestron Media Wall, 112 A $ 150.00 x 1 = $ 150.00 daily <br />Podium $ - x 1 = No fee, included in Reservation <br />EVENT SETUP & BREAKDOWN FEE <br />Guests less than 75 $ 75.00 x 1 = $ 75.00 <br />Post Setup and Breakdown Fee does not include decorations.
