<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Policy 7.10: Until Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) standards are established for the Indian River Lagoon by the DEP, <br />the county will continue to require, as a minimum, retention of the first one ( 1) inch of rainfall prior to off-site discharge. <br />Consistent with Chapter 17-25.025(9), F.A.C., an additional 50 percent treatment (1.5 inches) is required for all direct <br />discharge into the Indian River Lagoon due to its designation as an Outstanding Florida Water (OFW). <br />Policy 7.13: The county shall pursue grant funding to establish storm water filtration systems on the North and South <br />Main Relief Canals. <br />Policy 8.3: The cCounty shall promote infill development by improving and maintaining the existing drainage facilities <br />public management facilities in the developed areas of the cCounty. <br />PAGE 63
