Vectored PDF's <br />SC -4.02 Subsurface and Physical Conditions <br />SC -4.02 Add the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC -4.02.8: <br />C. In the preparation of Drawings and Specifications, ENGINEER or ENGINEER's Consultants <br />relied upon the following reports of explorations and tests of subsurface conditions at <br />the Site: <br />NA <br />D. Reports and drawings itemized in SC -4.02.0 are included with the Bidding Documents in <br />Appendix D. <br />SC -5.01 Performance, Payment and Other Bonds <br />SC -5.01.A. Delete paragraph GC -5.01.A in its entirety and insert the following paragraphs in its place: <br />Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Contract Documents for execution, the <br />CONTRACTOR shall furnish a Public Construction Bond in an amount equal to <br />100% of the Contract Price. <br />1. In lieu of the Public Construction Bond, the CONTRACTOR may furnish an <br />alternative form of security in the form of cash, money order, certified check, <br />cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit or a security as listed in Part II of F.S. <br />Chapter 625. Any such alternative form of security shall be for the same purpose, <br />and be for the same amount and subject to the same conditions as those <br />applicable to the bond otherwise required. The determination of the value of an <br />alternative form of security shall be made by the OWNER. <br />2. Such Bond shall continue in effect for one (1) year after acceptance of the Work <br />by the OWNER. <br />3. The OWNER shall record the Public Construction Bond with the Public Record <br />Section of the Indian River County Courthouse located at 2000 16th Avenue, Vero <br />Beach, Florida 32960. <br />SC -5.03 Certificates of Insurance <br />SC -5.03 Delete the second sentence of paragraph GC -5.03 in its entirety. <br />SC -5.04 CONTRACTOR's Liability Insurance <br />SC -5.04 Add the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC -5.04.8: <br />C. The limits of liability for the insurance required by paragraph 5.04 of the General <br />Conditions shall provide coverage for not less than the following amounts or greater <br />where required by Laws and Regulations: <br />1. Worker's Compensation: To meet statutory limits in compliance with the <br />Worker's Compensation Law of Florida. This policy must include Employer <br />Liability with a limit $100,000 for each accident, $500,000 disease (policy limit) <br />and $100,000 disease (each employee). Such policy shall include a waiver of <br />subrogation as against OWNER and ENGINEER on account of injury sustained by <br />an employee(s) of the CONTRACTOR. <br />Supplementary Conditions - 00800-4 <br />
