OPERATIONAL COORDINATION <br />The EMPG grant program supports the building or sustainment of core capabilities across the five mission <br />areas that are necessary to prepare for incidents that pose the greatest risk to the State of Florida. Effective <br />operational coordination results from the establishment and maintenance a unified and coordinated <br />operational structure and process that appropriately integrates all critical stakeholders and supports the <br />execution of Core Capabilities. <br />Sub -Recipients must engage with whole community stakeholders, on a quarterly basis; either by <br />participating in regional meetings of existing multi -agency organizations (i.e., Regional Domestic Security <br />Task Forces, Local Emergency Planning Committees, Regional Health Care Coalitions, Local <br />Voluntary/Community Organizations Active in Disaster) or by hosting/conducting meetings with whole <br />community stakeholders. <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 2B for Quarters 1-4, the Sub -Recipient must submit the <br />following items in DEMES: <br />DELIVERABLES <br />• Provide proof of participation by a representative of the Subrecipient in quarterly <br />meetings with whole community stakeholders (i.e., fire, law enforcement, health and <br />health care coalitions, public works, public and private sector, and Volunteer <br />Organizations). INTEGRATED PREPAREDNESS PLAN (IPP) <br />Subrecipients are required to engage senior leaders and other whole community stakeholders to identify <br />preparedness priorities specific to training and exercise needs, which will guide development of the <br />county's multi-year IPP. The IPP should identify a combination of planning, training and exercise activities <br />that address preparedness priorities and capability gaps based on planning efforts, hazard and risk <br />assessments, and exercise/incident after -action reviews (AARs). <br />35 <br />
