The State of Florida uses the Integrated Preparedness Plan Workshop (IPPW) process to synchronize <br />local IPP's into a statewide IPP. Sub -Recipients shall have a representative participate in their Regional <br />IPPW, and EMPG funded personnel are encouraged to attend. <br />To demonstrate successful completion of task 3A for Quarter 2, the Sub -Recipient must submit the <br />following items in the Division's Salesforce system: <br />DELIVERABLES <br />• Submit the County 2028-2029 IPP Data Sheets by April 30, 2025, in DEMES <br />• Proof of participation by a representative of the Subrecipient in the appropriate <br />Regional IPP Workshop (IPPW) <br />Reporting Requirements: <br />Quarter 1 <br />Quarter 2 <br />Quarter 3 <br />Quarter 4 <br />NA <br />NA <br />Deliverables Due <br />NA <br />Supporting Documentation: Submission of IPP Data Sheets Only in DEMES not later than April 30, 2025. <br />Proof of Participation (provided by the Training and Exercise Unit.) by a representative of the Subrecipient <br />at the appropriate Regional IPP Workshop (IPPW). <br />B. TRAINING <br />All EMPG Program -funded personnel are expected to be trained emergency managers.
