Other issues may include quality of roads, gates, fences, and machinery and equipment. <br />The traffic study will incorporate analyzing traffic count data collected by Indian River County <br />Traffic Engineering for the SWDD. CDM will determine from the data the distribution of use <br />between the centers as well as the peak usage times at each center. CDM will correlate the <br />material hauling data to the traffic count data to further identify the patterns in the operation of <br />the Convenience Centers. Two traffic counts will be performed at each center with at least one <br />during the peak season of February. One of the traffic counts has already been conducted. <br />CDM will provide the County with recommendations regarding design options for review. The <br />design options follow the level of effort and expense such as basic and essential facilities <br />improvements, moderate and substantial capital improvements. <br />Task 2.0 — Conceptual Design Options <br />CDM will provide Indian River County with recommendations regarding design options for <br />review. These recommendations will include tables summarizing basic, essential facilities <br />improvements, moderate improvements and substantial capital improvements. Design sketches <br />will be utilized to illustrate some of the improvements recommended. Both the recommendations <br />and design sketches will be provided as both paper copies and in Electronic format. <br />SCHEDULE <br />CDM will provide a draft report to County Staff approximately ninety days after notice to <br />proceed. The final Task 1.0 and Task 2.0 report will be issued within fifteen days of the review by <br />the County. <br />rb3199.dm <br />B-2 <br />0 <br />
