40 <br />40 <br />216/01 egrPWD(TOB:JRT) <br />r <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT - <br />BEACH PRESERVATION PLAN <br />National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) <br />Environmental Assessment (EA) Preparation <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 30tiday of January , 2001 by and between <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as <br />the COUNTY, and DIAL CORDY AND ASSOCIATES, INC. 490 OSCEOLA AVE., <br />JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as the CONSULTANT, <br />WITNESSETH <br />The COUNTY and the CONSULTANT, in consideration of their mutual covenants, herein <br />agree with respect to the performance of professional services in environmental consulting, and other <br />related services by the CONSULTANT and the payment for those services by the COUNTY as set <br />forth below. <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide professional environmental consulting and related services <br />nbed in the scope of services; serve as the COUNTY'S <br />to the COUNTY in all phases as desc <br />professional representative and shall give professional advice to the COUNTY during the <br />performance of the services to be rendered. <br />SECTION I - PROJECT LIMITS <br />The project limits shall include, but is not limited to, the entire County and associated <br />municipalities, as it relates to the Beach Preservation Plan. Basic services required of the <br />CONSULTANT for the project will be described in other appropriate sections of this Agreement. <br />SECTION 1I - COUNTY OBLIGATIONS <br />{I The COUNTY agrees to provide the following material, data, or services as required in <br />connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement: <br />1. Provide the CONSULTANT with copies of the Beach Preservation Plan, other related <br />reports, survey data, aerial photography and related documents. <br />2. Provide the CONSULTANT with all available drawings, maps, and other documents <br />in the possession of the COUNTY pertinent to the project. <br />3. The COUNTY shall be responsible for acquiring all easements, right-of-ways, and <br />other rights of land as necessary for the prujcc,. <br />
