The COUNTY slurp make provisions for the CONSULTANT to enter upon public <br />or private property as required. <br />SECTION III - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional services, and other related services in <br />connection with the project as required and set forth in the following: <br />1. A detailed description of the scope of consulting services can be found in Exhibit "A" The <br />CONSULTANT shall be responsible for completing all services described in Exhibit "A". <br />2. The CONSULTANT will endeavor not to duplicate any previous work done related to the <br />project. After issuance of the notice -to -proceed, the CONSULTANT shall meet with the <br />COUNTY to clarify and define the COUNTY'S requirements for the project and review all <br />available data. <br />3. The CONSULTANT will attend with the COUNTY public hearings, workshops and any other <br />related meetings pertinent to the project. <br />4. In order to accomplish the work set forth under this Agreement in the time frames and <br />conditions described, the CONSULTANT will observe the following requirements: <br />a. The CONSULTANT will complete the work on the project within the time allowed <br />by maintaining an adequate staff at all times qualified to perform such work. <br />b. The CONSULTANT will comply with all Federal, State and Local laws applicable to <br />this project. The CONSULTANT will complete the project in such a manner as to <br />be in conformance with all applicable Federal, State & Local laws. <br />C. The CONSULTANT will prepare and complete all necessary documents, reports, and <br />other related information pertinent to the project. <br />d. The CONSULTANT will provide a complete copy of the report(s) to any City, <br />County, State or Federal regulatory agency from which approval is required. <br />e. The CONSULTANT will cooperate fully with the COUNTY through all phases of <br />work. <br />f. The CONSULTANT shall advise the COUNTY of the status of this project and hold <br />calculations, reports, and related work open to the inspection of the County Coastal <br />Engineer or his authorized representative at any time, upon reasonable request. <br />
