LA <br />• <br />44 <br />17.5 The duties and obligations imposed by these General Conditions and the rights and remedies <br />available hereunder to the parties hereto, and, in particular but without limitation, the <br />warranties, guarantees and obligations imposed upon CONTRACTOR by paragraphs <br />6.36,6.37,13.1,13.12,13.14,14.3 and 15.2 and all of the rights and remedies available to <br />OWNER and ENGINEER thereunder, are in addition to, and are not to be construed in any <br />way as a limitation of, any rights and remedies available to any or all of them which are <br />otherwise imposed or available by Laws or Regulations, by special warranty or guarantee or <br />by other provisions of the Contract Documents, and the provisions of this paragraph will be <br />as effective as if repeated specifically in the Contract Documents in connection with each <br />particular duty, obligation, right and remedy to which they apply. All representations, <br />warranties and guarantees made in the Contract Documents will survive final payment and <br />termination or completion of the Agreement. <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />GC45 <br />
