J <br />• <br />Premises/Operations <br />• Products/Completed Operations <br />i Contractual Liability <br />l Independent Contractors <br />€ 5.3.1.3 Business Auto Liability: Coverage shall provide minimum limits of <br />liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence Combined Single Limit for <br />Bodily Injury and Property Damage. This shall include coverage for: <br />• Owner Autos <br />Y Hired Autos <br />Non -Owned Autos <br />5.3.1.4 CONTRACTOR's Property Insurance: CONTRACTOR shall <br />purchase and maintain property insurance upon the Work at the site to <br />the full insurable value thereof (subject to such deductible amounts as <br />r may be provided in the Supplementary Conditions or required by law). <br />This insurance shall include the interests of OWNER, <br />CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors in the Work, shall insure against <br />the perils of fire, lightning and extended coverage, shall include all <br />risk" insurance for physical loss and damage including theft, <br />vandalism and malicious mischief, collapse and water damage, and <br />such otherperils as may be provided in the Supplementary Conditions, <br />and shall include damages, losses and expenses arising out of our <br />resulting from any insured loss or incurred in the repair or replacement <br />of any insured property (including fees and charges of engineers, <br />architects, attorneys and other professionals). If not covered under the <br />"all risk" insurance or otherwise provided in the Supplementary <br />Conditions, CONTRACTOR shall purchase and maintain similar <br />property insurance on portions of the Work stored on and off the site <br />or in transit when such portions of the Work are to be included in an <br />Application for Payment. The policies of insurance required to be <br />purchased and maintained by CONTRACTOR in accordance with this <br />f paragraph shall contain a provision that the coverage afforded will not <br />_ be canceled, materially changed or reduced until at least thirty (30) <br />I days' prior written notice has been given to OWNER. <br />.- 5.3.1.5. CONTRACTOR's "All Risk" Insurance: CONTRACTOR shall secure <br />Builders' Risk "All Risk" insurance at his expense and provide <br />properly completed and executed "Certificates of Insurance and <br />insurance Endorsement" forms in the exact format and working <br />presented in these Contract Documents before starting work. <br />5.3.2 Special Requirements: <br />5.3.2.1. Ten (10) days prior to the commencement of any work under this <br />contract, certificates of insurance and endorsement forms in the exact <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />GC11 <br />
