McCoy, AICP/ <br />V)M <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: October 28, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: GHA Harbor Ltd.'s Request for Planned Development (PD) <br />Final Plat Approval for Harbor Links Phase II, Grand <br />Harbor Plat 19 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of November 5, 1996. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Harbor Links Phase II, Grand Harbor Plat 19 is a plat of a 9.38 <br />acre parcel located on the south side of the Grand Harbor harbor <br />area. The plat creates lots for 28 duplex units, two multi -family <br />tracts, and two recreation tracts. <br />On August 24, 1995, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary PD plat/plan approval for Harbor Links, now known as <br />Harbor Links Phase II, Grand Harbor Plat 19. The developer is now <br />requesting final plat approval for Harbor Links Phase II, and has <br />submitted the following: <br />1. A final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary PD <br />plat/plan. <br />2. A contract for construction for remaining required <br />improvements. <br />3. An engineer's certified cost estimate for the remaining <br />required improvements. <br />4.
