Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final December 3, 2024 <br />monitoring Board committees to the County Attorney's office, where it originally <br />resided. This shift aimed to enhance oversight and efficacy, reinforcing that the <br />Attorney's office was better positioned to handle these tasks effectively. <br />There was no further discussion. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Vice Chairman Loar, <br />to approve staffs recommendation and Resolution 2024-074 modifying Resolution <br />2011-072 re -appointing the County Attorney's office as the monitor of committees, <br />update list of committees to be monitored, add termination language during <br />term. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />14.C. 24-0971 Purchase of Parcel of Property for Fire Station # 16 <br />Recommended Action: Staff seeks the position of the Board on whether to enter into the purchase and sale <br />agreement for the proposed Fire Station #16 site.
